All Bhangra programming at Benchmark Sports is taught by Coaches Navjot, Amar, and Anmol. They are professional Bhangra dancers and have a wealth of experience while competing at the tournaments locally and globally. Any age as long as you accompany your child in our all ages programs! These classes are designed for the whole family to participate and have fun! Or for adults who are looking to learn bhangra or add a fun workout to their week.

Personal Training available based on your own schedule starting @ $80+hst/per session
Our group fitness classes at Benchmark Sports resemble a personal training experience. You are not just a number to us here at Benchmark, so we strive to deliver the most potent & effective training approach for all of our members. You can expect to experience circuit based classes featuring: kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, air bikes, battle ropes, boxing fundamentals in addition to a wide variety of training styles & individual program modifications through our very strong and intelligent team of coaches (see “team” page or check them out on instagram: @stronglikeg, @avi.sohi_, @pkb_lifts). Adults/13+ This program is geared towards adults & youth 12+ (Grade 7/8) who are looking to build a healthier lifestyle and become stronger or lose weight. We welcome all fitness levels, This is a great program for beginners or intermediate fitness enthusiasts to improve their health.

Our Junior Academy program is a staple program for youth at Benchmark Sports. This program is geared towards introducing youth to physical activity & sports through a fun and play based approach. The best way to think about this program is to imagine it as an extension of your son or daughters Physical Education program at school. We introduce fitness & sport specific fundamentals through an interactive curriculum resulting in positive youth development. You can expect your son or daughter to build a healthy relationship with physical fitness & build a love for sports through this program. We are currently using basketball & volleyball as main sports in our curriculum to help foster a love for self care.
Ages 6+ is ideal, however we do currently have members as young as 4 years old who also have fun within this program.
